​BLC took a completely raw industrial space & transformed it into a 33,466 SF volleyball & weightlifting gymnasium.

• Facility complete with (6) volleyball  courts & weightlifting/training private area
   

• Created storefront entrance
   

• Built two demising walls to form tenant's suite
   

• Power upgrade / split utilities 
   

• Installed (2) make up air units
   

• Brand new plumbing line for (2) restrooms, (2) showers & washer area
