BLC completed a 19,935 SF expansion for an automation shipping facility. This included converting conjoining office area into a warehouse space.

• Demolished all interior offices to create an open work space
   

• Create new kitchenette
   

• Paint ceiling deck in the office
   

• Full expansion compliant to village code
   

• Relocate & replace electrical panel
   

• Install suspended LED fixtures with contemporary layout
