The tenant was very happy with their BLC experience for their first office so when they opened a second pediatric location, we completed the 6,134 SF build out.

• Created 3 therapy rooms
   

• Built & installed barn door
   

• Upgraded restrooms to ADA 
   

• Installed LVT throughout suite
   

• Upgraded light fixtures to LED
   

• Paint entire suite
