BLC provided a full turnkey solution from a 20,000 sq/ft white box space. The space was split into two separate suites and a complete build-out for the tenants 10,231 sq/ft space was done.

  • Split/Demised suite into 2 separate suites including Electric, Gas, HVAC, Life Safety
     

  • Complete state of the art restroom remodel
     

  • 2,300 sq/ft townhall with exposed ceiling, spiral duct
     

  • Created kitchen including plumbing, cabinetry, appliance prep, appliance water lines
     

  • Eight (8) private offices –glass doors with barrowed light unit
     

  • Three (3) conference room –reclaimed wood wall
     

  • Electrical and low voltage design built
     

  • Upgraded fixtures to LED fixtures, including ComEdrebate 
     

  • Added video camera security and card reader access
     

  • Run power and data to furniture

1751 Diehl Rd., Naperville, IL - Full Office Remodel 

BLC provided the customer with an open floor plan to align with their office culture. 

  • Relocated breakroom plumbing & added new cabinetry 
     

  • Demolished three (3) private offices & one (1) conference room

  • Painted & installed new flooring throughout entire space
